Seneca Bluffs Natural Habitat Park is located near the Seneca Street bridge, between Elk Street and Avon Place in the City of Buffalo. There is an informal launch site with no docks or concrete pad, and ample parking is available in the park. The site is in a low-traffic area of the channel. Because of water levels in this area, launching of car-top and motorized vessels is not possible.
